| THANKFUL I titled this piece "Thankful" Because that is what I feel every morning When I wake to see this little guy just outside my kitchen window. Yes, every morning there he is Guarding with all his might, The suspended, hummingbird feeder. That he believes is his and his alone! We love to watch the ‘dog fights’ that Insue, in his attempts. And we giggle when during one spar Another sneaks a drink. What joy nature can bring! Thankful! | |
