| Another one of my fun pieces. I started with texturing a masonite board with gesso, then with an impressionistic style I used tissue paper to simulate a mountain scene. Then with acrylic I painted the young colt. For the finishing touches I again used a generous amount of gesso building up the mane and the tail. He practically jumps off the canvas! | |
